21 last-minute Halloween costumes that are ridiculously easy to make

A bit of makeup can become a mime, a scarecrow, or a makeup tutorial costume.   If you’re really pressed for time, turn yourself into a makeup tutorial this year. This one’s easy for beauty enthusiasts.
