The pedestrians were taken to Bellevue Hospital with non-life threatening injuries including two minors aged, 5 and 7. One witness claimed to have seen a victim ‘flying through the air’ at the East 42nd and Lexington Avenue collision which reportedly involved three vehicles. Chaotic images and video from the busy intersection show a black and red vehicle in what appears to have been a head-on collision.
