Sobha Realty pledges a financial contribution of AED 25 million to the Endowments and Minors’ Trust Foundation in Dubai in support of the ‘Bunyan Al-Khair’ initiative, launched by the Foundation in cooperation with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment and ‘Emarat Al Youm’. The initiative aims at collecting AED 35 million to construct 22 endowment buildings and the proceeds will also be used to support UAE Nationals with low income, needy families and humanitarian cases to which the housing service requirements are not applicable. His Excellency Ali Al-Mutawa, Secretary-General of the Endowments and Minors’ Trust Foundation, praised Sobha Realty’s pledge in support of ‘Bunyan Al-Khair’ initiative, a humanitarian endeavour that reflects the solidarity of the UAE’s community foundations in supporting community initiatives, which achieve stability for the UAE’s families.
His Excellency also appreciated the participation of the Land Department in Dubai, represented by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), to support sustainable humanitarian work, serve the community and meet its needs by directing real estate companies to participate in endowment activity. Al-Mutawa confirmed that ‘Bunyan Al-Khair’ is considered one of the most important national community initiatives which offers housing and assistance to low-income UAE nationals and humanitarian cases to which requirements of housing service do not apply. He pointed out that the initiative continues to open its doors for everyone who want to do good, indicating that the Foundation has spared no effort in launching charitable projects and humanitarian initiatives individually or in cooperation with other parties.
These initiatives are aimed at supporting those in need of housing and making it easier for low-income families by contributing to the payment of due amounts and overdue fees, within the framework of the Foundation. The Foundation is keen to support deserving people whose files have been studied in cooperation with relevant authorities.
