The seventh edition of Dubai Fitness Challenge starts today with exciting first week of fun and fitness

The city is buzzing with excitement for the month-long fitness initiative with a myriad of fitness events, activities and initiatives will be available for the entire community to take advantage of, regardless of age or fitness ability. However, due to the unforeseen weather this week the DP World Kite Beach Fitness Village will officially open its doors to the public on Tuesday 31 October, whilst Run and Ride Central will welcome participants from Monday, 30 October. Here’s a taster of what’s in store for DFC week one: Three dynamic fitness villages at Kite Beach, Mushrif Park, and One Central are poised for action, offering an extensive lineup of sports, classes, events, and more throughout DFC.

A bustling hive of sporting activity on one of Dubai’s most iconic coastline spots, DP World Kite Beach Fitness Village has something for everyone. A full schedule of classes and invigorating workouts commences Tuesday 31 October. Why not try a serene yoga session, an energetic spin class or simply something different to do with the kids – this fitness village has it all.

Some of the highlights include: | A thrilling 40m inflatable water-based obstacle course designed for participants aged 3 and above. Experience 30 minutes of pure delight for just AED 30 – the perfect chance to stay active or cool off after an intense workout. | The opportunity to hone your boxing or martial arts skills in the full-sized ring.

DP World Kite Beach Fitness Village will open on Tuesday October 31. Open weekdays from 8 AM to 1 PM for schools, then from 3 PM to 10 PM for the public and on weekends from 7 AM to 10 PM. Learn more at Ideal for cycling enthusiasts or those simply looking to explore the outdoors, the RTA Mushrif Park Cycle Centre offers a range of cycling activities for riders of all ages: | beginner-friendly 5km trail or a more challenging 15km route designed for riders aged 12 and above.
