Getty Images Key Facts Donald Trump , who was charged with racketeering and 12 other charges, flew to Atlanta and turned himself in Thursday evening after agreeing to post $200,000 bond—marking his fourth arrest this year, following federal charges in D.

C. and Miami and state charges in New York. Mark Meadows , who is charged with racketeering and solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer, surrendered to authorities Thursday afternoon and will be required to post a $100,000 bond, according to jail records.

Harrison Floyd , the leader of Black Voices for Trump, also surrendered Thursday afternoon, but had yet to be released as he is the only defendant without a bond agreement, according to jail records. Former Trump lawyers Rudy Giuliani , who is charged with 13 counts in the case, and Sidney Powell , who is charged with seven counts, surrendered Wednesday afternoon and were released after posting $150,000 and $100,000 bonds, respectively. Former Coffee County GOP Chair Cathy Latham , former Georgia State Sen.

David Shafer , former Trump lawyer Kenneth Chesebro , former Trump attorney Jenna Ellis and Georgia lawyer Ray Smith also surrendered and were released earlier Wednesday. The indictment accuses Trump and his accomplices of pressuring public officials to violate their oaths office in order to aid their efforts, scheming to produce fake Electoral College certificates that falsely stated Trump won the state and accessing voting machines in Coffee County. The indictment is Trump’s fourth since the Manhattan District Attorney’s office first indicted him in March.
