AMERICAN pop singer and songwriter Pink has been a staple of the charts since 1999. The So What singer has released five studio albums, won several awards and is married to truck racer Carey Hart – who’s influenced her love for all things motors over the years. In her downtime, the pop superstar has made no secret of the fact that she enjoys riding around on her motorcycles.
And judging by her Instagram, she’s built up quite the collection of stylish bikes – with a taste for classically styled Harley-Davidsons and modified machines. In fact, one of the earliest bikes Pink was spotted on was her Harley-Davidson Sportster XL Iron 883. Famed for its all-black design, it boasts a V-Twin 883cc Evolution engine – also know as the Blockhead – which was first implemented on Harleys back in 1984 and has been a staple of the brand ever since.
First seen back in 2013 , Pink was photographed taking the bike for an ocean-side ride with her husband in Malibu, California. However, Pink’s main ride around this time appeared to be her modest Triumph Bonneville T100. With a primarily black design alongside chrome and white accents, the Bonneville T100 has an 865cc parallel twin engine with 5,800 rpm torque.
According to Enrico Motorsports , the T100 is considered a great first bike for beginners. With its good size, plenty of power , great handling and comfortable riding position – it’s “accessible for shorter riders, including women ready to roll on two wheels. ” In contrast, the most outrageous bike she’s ever owned was a Custom Indian Cruiser gifted to her by Hart in 2017.
Posting a photo of herself with the bike on Instagram at the time, she wrote: “I give you babies and you build me motorcycles. “Some girls like diamonds, I like heavy metal and carbon fiber and chrome. ” Hart designed the bike with army green cameo fairings, black leather upholstery along with black and yellow chequered patterns near the front.
This bike was later raffled to support the Good Ride charity , which Hart started to give back to the motorcycle community and helps veterans in need. One of the bikes that Pink has been riding more recently is an Indian Scout. According to the Daily Mail , the singer got the bike during the Australian portion of her Beautiful Trauma tour in June 2018.
Hart posted about the bike on Instagram after Pink took it for its first ride in the area around Perth. “Got to go for a fun lil putt w/ wifey Pink today!” he wrote. A year later, Pink received a custom bike made by Evan Favaro of Speakeasy Motors called the Ol’ 57 – 2017 Speakeasy Custom Evo.
Rather than using paint, the bike was coloured in a combination of steel and brass, and has no fairings except for a custom-made seat and rear tire fender. It seems the most recent addition to Pink’s motorcyle collection is a completely custom-built Indian Scout – once again designed by her husband. With a copper frame, Hart took to Instagram in 2019 to say he “mainly focused on the handling of it, cosmetics, and comfort” when he did it up for her, adding new carbon fibre wheels, soft compound tyres, new front and rear calipers, a new air intake, exhaust, lights, and a seat.
Pink isn’t the only celeb to show off a tasty haul of motorcycles in recent years, as Hollywood A-lister and Wrexham football club owner Ryan Reynolds often likes to splash his cash on an array of two-wheeled machines . “I love the fact that when you’re on a motorcycle, riding a motorcycle is the only thing you’re doing,” Reynolds has said. Meanwhile, a YouTuber exploring a car graveyard discovered an incredibly rare Ford in a collapsed barn .
Stuart Stokes, who goes by the moniker IMSTOKZE, shared a video of the moment he found the amazing classic on social media. .
