Jimenez, who was 19 at the time, began cruising down Forsyth Street while the teen held on from the outside when he suddenly fell from his skateboard and got caught under the car. His cause of death was multiple blunt force injuries and was listed as accidental. Hernandez, who had felony warrant out for her arrest on charges of child abuse/neglect, was taken into custody on Wednesday.
