at Aventino Apartments on Winchester Circle. A car was keyed and tires slashed. Racial slurs were also written on the vehicle.
PETTY THEFT: 10:37 a. m. at Vasona Terrace on Winchester Boulevard.
Mail was stolen from a community mailbox, and mail was scattered throughout the community. SUSPICIOUS PERSON: 11:17 a. m.
at Los Gatos Swim & Raquet Club on Oka Road. Someone was found in the men’s locker room with a paint tool used to break into lockers. The suspect left on a bike.
PETTY THEFT: 2:31 p. m. on Winchester Boulevard.
An unlocked car was rummaged through, and house keys and paperwork including tax returns and bank statements were taken. NOISE DISTURBANCE: 9:51 p. m.
on Hilow Road. A resident said there was construction going on the last two nights, and workers were using jackhammers. BURGLARY: 9:46 a.
m. at Horizons Pharmacy Services on Los Gatos Boulevard. All controlled medications were stolen.
TRAFFIC HAZARD: 5:57 p. m. at Garden Lane and Los Gatos Boulevard.
An elderly male was in a wheelchair in the bike lane. The reporting party was worried he was going to get hit. SUSPICIOUS PERSON: 8:03 p.
m. on Forest Hill Drive. Two men came to a resident’s door, claiming they were from PG&E.
They got upset when the resident refused to give them information. BURGLARY: 10:03 p. m.
on Castlewood Drive. Multiple items were missing from a resident’s bedroom. The resident believes the suspect entered from a window that was slightly opened.
JUVENILE DISTURBANCE: 12:02 a. m. at La Rinconada Park on Granada Way.
A group of juveniles were in the park w flashlights, being loud and possibly drinking, though no alcohol was seen. Other juveniles drove by and yelled racial slurs. VANDALISM: 6:39 a.
m. on Union Avenue. A resident could hear what sounded like paintballs being shot.
He also heard a loud bang on his roof. A suspect was arrested. TRAFFIC HAZARD: 6:27 p.
m. at Orange Theory on Los Gatos Boulevard. An elderly male was in a wheelchair in the bike lane.
The reporting party was worried he was going to get hit. VANDALISM: 9:08 a. m.
at Gateway and Blossom Valley restrooms. Someone marked the interior of the restrooms with hate words and comments directed toward park rangers. VANDALISM: 5:34 p.
m. Someone dumped their leftover food all over the inside of an unlocked vehicle. The vehicle owner believes its a man she had to kick out of the restaurant earlier.
She did not see him do it but said it was the same food he took to go. SUSPICIOUS PERSON: 6:33 p. m.
A transient male was walking up to people’s cars and approaching people in a threatening manner. The reporting party could not give an example of how the man was being threatening. PARKING VIOLATION: 10:29 a.
m. on East Main Street. A white Cadillac SUV was taking up two parking spots.
LOUD MUSIC: 11:48 a. m. on Lark Avenue.
When asked to turn their music down, the suspect replied, “You better watch it; don’t mess with me or you will regret it. ” The reporting party took this as a threat. VEHICLE CODE VIOLATION: 11:56 a.
m. at North Santa Cruz and Bean avenues. Drivers continue to make righthand turns in violation of the posted “No right turn” sign.
