The Curtis Hotel Brand-hotel partnerships have certainly become popular in recent years. But just like the scare actor that jumps out at you in a haunted attraction, we never saw this collaboration coming: A hotel in Denver has teamed up with one of the Mile High City’s haunted houses to create a hyper-themed Halloween room. Set designers from the 13th Floor Haunted House Denver madeover a room at The Curtis Hotel , a maximalist pop-culture themed hotel in Denver.

The haunted house room is on the hotel’s 13th floor, which was already the dedicated “scary movie” floor with references to “The Shining” and other classics. But now, this nightmare-fueled space is decked out like the set of a haunted house with some well-played idioms like a literal skeleton in the closet and a monster hiding under the bed.
