Perth car crash at Mardella: Mum’s message after daughter Tori Pearsall dies Tori Pearsall, 27, killed in car crash She was the mum of three young kids Her mother has shared her heartbreak By Tita Smith and Pranav Harish For Daily Mail Australia Published: 00:58 BST, 17 September 2023 | Updated: 01:02 BST, 17 September 2023 e-mail 33 shares View comments The devastated mother of a young woman killed in a fiery car crash has revealed her final words to her daughter as she issues a heartbreaking message to other parents. Tori Pearsall, 27, was in the process of moving homes when her car veered off Kargotich Road in Mardella, 56km south of Perth , and slammed into a tree at about 3. 30am last Saturday.

The mother-of-three’s Toyota Corolla hatchback burst into flames while she was still inside. She died at the scene. Now, Ms Pearsall’s mother Yvette Leifsson has opened up about what she has learned from the tragedy – as she urges other parents to cherish their children.

‘If I can take anything away from this mess it’s knowing that every time I speak to my beautiful kids the last think I say is “I love you” and they say it back,’ she wrote on Facebook . Tori Pearsall (pictured) was tragically killed in a fiery car crash earlier this month Mrs Pearsall was on her way to her sister’s place before she tragically died in the early morning accident after her car (pictured) left the road ‘It doesn’t matter if I see them or talk [to them] on the phone a hundred times a day, each time we end our conversations with I LOVE YOU – and that is the last thing we said to each other. ‘So please tell your kids you love them, because you don’t know when it will be the last time.

‘I get comfort knowing that my daughter Tori knew that I loved her with all my heart. ‘ At the time of the crash, Ms Pearsall was on her way to her sister’s house, where her three young children – all aged under 10 – had been staying while she and her partner, Ricky Clothier, worked on the move. Ms Pearsall and Mr Clothier, who share two young sons and a daughter, were high schools sweethearts who had been together for 14 years.

The youngest of their children is just two months shy of her second birthday. In December last year, Ms Pearsall, who owned a catering business, shared a gushing picture of her children on social media, writing: ‘My greatest ever achievement’. Mrs Pearsall’s sister Kirra Panaia told The West Australian Tori’s children meant the world to her.

Ms Pearsall is pictured with her mother Yvette Leifsson ‘To my dearest sister, I love you so much, and this doesn’t seem real still. . .

You had my back when the world was against me,’ she said. ‘You have my word, I have got you and your kids. .

. I will let your memory live on forever sis, I love you, and you make me so proud. ‘ Friend Caitlin has launched a GoFundMe to help the family financially as they come to terms with their devastating loss of their ‘heavenly angel’.

Caitlin said Tori was a ‘loving mother partner sister daughter best friend and so much more’ and her death had been ‘not easy’ on her loved ones. ‘Let’s help make this just a little easier and help [support] her [family] just like we would if she were here!!!’ she wrote. It’s not clear why the car Ms Pearsall was driving left the road.

Major crash investigators have seized the vehicle as they work to determine the cause of the accident.
