Fortunately I have minions! I’m finally getting over my two-week-long cold, which has kept me down as long as my spate with COVID this past June. It’s tiresome. I’m grouchy.
I haven’t been to the gym in weeks now and since that’s how I manage my moods and depression, I’m not as happy a camper as I’d like to be right now. Not to fear! Monday marks the start of Hell Week at OrangeTheory, where my daughter and I go to work out. So not only will I be just getting over a cold and all out of shape from not getting any exercise, I’ll also be starting one of the hardest weeks of High Intensity Interval Training of the year! Huzzah! Thankfully, my daughter is in the same boat, also having been sick this whole time, also slowly losing all those good gains.
We will both get our butts thoroughly, soundly kicked and it will be glorious. To the pain! In any case, Wordles are gentler than HIIT workouts. Let’s do today’s, shall we? My opening guess— shire , because I’m mildly obsessed with all things Lord Of The Rings lately—was lousy, leaving me with a whopping 386 remaining solutions. Gloam slashed that number down to just 9, and muddy knocked it down to just 2. Unfortunately, I didn’t know this at the time and just went with the next word that came to mind.
Mucky was not it, and I admit I was a little stumped at first. Then it came to me: Just because the ‘M’ was in green didn’t mean that that was the only M in the word. Turns out, there were three! Mummy for the win! Alas! To my great dismay, Wordle Bot got this one in just four.
