While there’s no shortage of experiences to be found along this glorious, sun-soaked stretch of the Tuscan countryside, perched atop a once abandoned medieval hilltop village, Monteverdi Tuscany will be now be offering guests a chance to fully immerse themselves in the destination like never before. At Caseificio Pìu, a family-owned sheep milk farm, guests will learn the art of cheese making. Now, the boutique hotel has partnered with Michelin-starred chefs Dominique Crenn and Nancy Silverton and will be launching their inaugural ‘ Chef in Residence ’ program that will allow guests to experience the region like never before. [+] host the immersive five-night program Monteverdi Tuscany “It’s a joy to welcome Chefs Crenn and Silverton as our inaugural culinary residents to continue Monteverdi’s legacy of bringing talented artists together to inspire and to be inspired,” Bodoni added. The immersive five-night experience will take place from November 7-12 and will include everything from intimate cooking demonstrations and wine tastings with the chefs, to excursions including foraging for white truffles and learning the art of cheesemaking at Caseificio Pìu , a local family-owned sheep’s milk farm.

Guests stay at Monteverdi will start with a welcome aperitivo alongside the chefs, followed by a multi-course dinner prepared by chef Bodoni and the hotel’s Chef de Cuisine Roberto Bruno. Monteverdi’s inaugural Chef in Residence experience adds to the property’s robust fall programming . .

. [+] schedule, featuring a concert series and highly curated multi-day wellness retreats, including the 7-day Holistic Detox program and a longevity-focused Sempre Sano experience. Monteverdi Tuscany Starting at €9,000 for single occupancy and €11,000 for double occupancy, guests will spend much of the next five days alongside Crenn, Silverton and Bodoni who will be cooking up a menu that celebrates the bounty of local ingredients found in the Val d’Orcia valley.
