Maxposure initial public offering’s (IPO) anchor investor portion gets 100 per cent subscription from marquee investors in anchor investor bidding. Institutional investors, namely India Ahead Venture Fund, Tano Investment Opportunities Fund, Minerva Emerging Opportunities Fund, Eminence Global Fund Pcc – Eubilia and Capital Partners Fund I, have secured stakes in Maxposure upcoming IPO, scheduled to open on 15 January and close on 17 January 2024. Moreover, distinguished institutional investors, including India Ahead Venture Fund, Wallfort Financial Services, and Finavenue Capital Trust-Finavenue Growth Fund, have already executed strategic Pre-IPO placements in the company in November 2023.

According to the RHP filed with NSE Emerge, 61,40,000 equity shares are offered and the price band is set at Rs 31 to 33 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 4,000 shares.
The minimum amount of investment required by retail investors is Rs. 1,24,000. GYR Capital Advisors Private is the book-running lead manager of the Maxposure IPO, BigShare Services Private is the registrar for the issue.
