Emergency crews were called to the Coffee Emporium on North Terrace in Bankstown in Sydney ‘s west on Saturday around 11:30am after reports of a car that rammed into seated drivers, in terrifying scenes.

Paramedics arrived at coffee shop after the car crashed through the front of the cafe. A spokesperson from NSW Ambulance told Daily Mail Australia six people were injured from the crash. Terrifying scenes at unfolded at a busy cafe in Sydney’s west on Saturday after a car ploughed through diners (pictured) injuring multiple people ‘Six people were injured, two [people] were transported to Bankstown [Hospital] and one [person] was transported to Liverpool [Hospital],’ the spokesperson said.

NSW Ambulance told Daily Mail the female driver and and another victim was assessed and released by paramedics at the scene. Another victim person has been assessed and is on route to Bankstown Hospital. The victims who were injured were all women with four of the victims aged in their 30’s while another woman is aged in her 40’s.

The car rammed into diners at the Coffee Emporium on North Terrace in Bankstown in Sydney ‘s west around 11. 30am on Saturday morning. The age of the other woman injured in the accident is unknown.

The spokesperson said the victims sustained minor injuries and were transported to hospital in a stable condition. Daily Mail Australia has contacted NSW police for comment. The driver of the car smashed through a black shaded barrier of the coffee before ramming through the front entrance of the cafe. Chairs and tables can be seen flying everywhere with debris from the furniture strewn all across the floor. The three woman who were hit manage to emerge unscathed as two of the victims can be seen getting up off the floor and walking away from the vehicle.

The third victim can be seen gesturing at the driver as she stands up and holds her left hand up against the driver side door of the vehicle. SStaff from the coffee shop can be seen converging on the area rushing to move chairs that and tables that were knocked over out of the way. Side on vision from the dramatic moment shows several other panic stricken diners leaping up out of their chairs as the car makes it way to another part of the outdoor seating area of the shop.

Several diners appeared to be having their morning coffee when the car made it’s way through the cafe as some were seen in the side on vision getting stuck in their chars below the vehicle.
