NEW DELHI: Homegrown communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) firm Exotel on Wednesday launched ‘ House of AI ’, an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven solutions suite, for businesses to engage better with their customers. Exotel said it is a “significant step” to strengthen its product offering and investment in AI. Further, it will expand its serviceable addressable market which the startup said will help in achieving 50% revenue growth by 2025.
‘The House of AI’ solutions suite is powered by generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to streamline the use of Large Language Models (LLMs). It supports various LLMs, allowing cloud or on-premise setup, and can select models to meet specific requirements, including text summarisation, sentiment analysis and translation, as per Exotel.
