How to fix ‘ChromeOS is Missing or Damaged’ on your Chromebook

How to fix ‘ChromeOS is Missing or Damaged’ The simplest way to fix this issue is to simply power your device off and then turn it back on. Press and hold the Power button until the device turns off, then wait a few seconds and press the Power button again to turn it back on.
