Share to Facebook Share to Twitter Share to Linkedin Avengers Disney Marvel has some dates they’d like to share with you. Quite a lot of them , in fact. Phase 5 is on the way in 2023 and Phase 6 is starting shortly thereafter.
Marvel is ready to talk specific dates for a whole bunch of releases, which also included the reveal of a few new high profile projects, including a pair of Avengers movies released within months of each other near the start of Phase 6. Wild times ahead. Here’s the official schedule going forward, though it goes without saying this could shift with delays, and it’d be frankly a little amazing if it didn’t.
I’ll start with the rest of Phase 4, just because we have a few things still to come: She-Hulk Disney PHASE 4 She-Hulk: Attorney At Law (Disney Plus Show) – August 17, 2022 ( new trailer here ) Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (Movie) – November 11, 2022 ( new trailer here ) MORE FOR YOU ‘Demon Slayer’ Season 2 Finally Has An Actual 2021 Release Date Netflix’s ‘Squid Game’ Season 2 Not A Sure Thing, Says Director ‘Genshin Impact’ Still Refuses To Increase Anniversary Rewards, Despite Fan Outcry Ant-Man Disney PHASE 5 Ant-Man: Quantumania (Movie) – February 17, 2023 Secret Invasion (Disney Plus Show) – Spring 2023 Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (Movie) – May 5, 2023 Echo (Disney Plus Show) – Summer 2023 Loki Season 2 (Disney Plus Show) – Summer 2023 The Marvels (Movie) – July 28, 2023 Blade (Movie) – November 3, 2023 Ironheart (Disney Plus Show) – Fall 2023 Agatha: Coven of Chaos (Disney Plus Show) – Winter 2023/2024 Daredevil: Born Again (Disney Plus Show, 18 Episodes) – Spring 2024 Captain America: New World Order (Movie) – May 3, 2024 Thunderbolts (Movie) – July 26, 2024 Fantastic Four Disney PHASE 6 Fantastic Four (Movie) – November 8, 2024 Avengers: The Kang Dynasty (Movie) – May 2, 2025 Avengers: Secret Wars (Movie) – November 7, 2025 So, obviously Phase 6 is going to be more fleshed out, and Marvel has not taken this year to make any huge mutant-based X-Men announcements, though that movie is in there. Guessing the X-Men will get some shows as well.
Extremely eye-catching is the idea that we will have two Avengers movies within five months of each other, given that Infinity War and Endgame were a year apart. The Russo Brothers have previously professed their love for Secret Wars, but Kevin Feige has already explicitly said they are not doing the two new ones. So right now we are at 10 announced movies and six Disney Plus series, including a season 2 in here (the only one, besides What If…?”), though I’m betting that number will expand.
Still, Disney is still very much leaning on the traditional box office for its heaviest hitters as everyone returns to theaters. There will be a lot more to process here but for now, this is certainly enough to generate quite a large mountain of hype. Follow me on Twitter , YouTube , Facebook and Instagram .
