MSU inks MoU with Canada varsity

Vadodara: M S University has signed a memorandum of understanding ( MoU ) with the University of Windsor , Canada to promote academic cooperation through collaborative research , student exchanges and faculty interactions. The collaboration is in the areas of environmental engineering and environmental science. The MoU was signed between MSU vice-chancellor professor Vijay Kumar Srivastava and professor Bill Van Heyst, dean of Faculty of Engineering at the University of Windsor.

Professor Dhanesh Patel, director of MSU’s Office of International Affairs and dean of Faculty of Technology and Engineering, MSU registrar Dr K M Chudasama, Neharika Kataria, student advisor of University of Windsor and professor U D Patel, head of Department of Civil Engineering remained present during the MoU signing ceremony. “The MOU will enhance the academic experience of students and scholars at both universities, providing a global platform for the exchange of knowledge, and research capabilities,” said Srivastava. WALMI experts will interact with students and professors, discussing efficient use of water and land. BIS conducts faculty sensitization programme at Venkateswara Engineering College The Bureau of Indian Standards conducted a faculty sensitization programme at Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering to create awareness on product certification, as part of an educational outreach programme.
