New Delhi : A Nicaragua-bound plane with more than 300 Indian passengers onboard was grounded in France on Friday over suspected “human trafficking”. After receiving the specific input from an anonymous source, the aircraft was detained at Vatry airport in France. Meanwhile, a Hindu temple has been vandalised in the US with anti-India and pro-Khalistan slogans spray-painted on its wall.

French authorities on Friday grounded a Nicaragua-bound plane with more than 300 Indian passengers onboard over suspected “human trafficking”. After receiving the specific input from an anonymous source, the aircraft was detained at Vatry airport in France. In a post on X, Indian Embassy in France said it has initiated the probe and obtained consular access of the Indians onboard the plane.
